Police found the teenagers heading for Jhapa in course of security screening in Harkapur, said Deputy Superintendant of Police (DSP) Sudan Singh Basnet.[break]
He further said that they would be handed over their relatives after further enquiries.
Police have started investigation into the incident whether there was anyone´s involvement to entice the adolescents to leave home en masse.
The matter is serious as to why the girls from the community with low literacy rate decided to leave their homes at once, police said, adding their response that they are heading for Jhapa in search of work though there was no relative to take care of them has made it more suspicious.
Likewise, four adolescent girls, who were disappeared from the same place since Saturday evening, were found nearby Solukhumbu and Okhaldhunga border on Tuesday.
