Addressing a joint training organized by Society of Martyrs' Families and the Society of the Families of Fighters Disappeared by the State at the party headquarters, Paris Danda, Dahal pledged to thrust forward by breaking all obstacles while respecting the people's sentiment.
Insisting on the fact that the Comprehensive Peace Accord (CPA) would not have been inked had the Maoists' revolt been weak, Dahal added, "The country changed under the heat and blaze of the Maoist revolt."
