Rahar Bahadur Tamang, 45, was handed over to police by the victims´ relatives. The victims include a nine-year-old girl with her surname Lama and two 10-year-old girls with their surnames Bhandari. [break]
To exert pressure on police to take stern action against Tamang, the locals picketed the local police office in the afternoon. Police are investigating the cases.
