Police arrested Magar while he was trying to smuggle his possession to India. Inspector Khagendra Khadka said others accompanying Magar fled after seeing the police. According to preliminary investigation, most of them are from neighboring districts and India. “We are searching for the kingpin and others involved in the racket,” added Khadka.
