MANGALBARE, Dec 6: Vice President Parmananda Jha has said that constitution will not be drafted within May 28 if the dispute among the political parties was not resolved.

Talking to journalists here Monday, Jha said the Madhes-based parties are not enough capable to lead the next government. [break]

He said claim of the Madhes-based parties for leading the new government was a futile attempt as major political parties are there in the House.

In a separate context, he said it was obvious that other countries attempt to interfere in Nepal´s internal affairs due to our own dependency.

Saying consensus among the major parties was inevitable, Jha added the UCPN (Maoist), Nepali Congress and CPN (UML) should forge consensus for establishing peace.

Vice President Jha is scheduled to visit the religious and tourist site Maipokhari of Ilam district.
