Locals urge CDO to arrange fuel

JAJARKOT, Nov 2: A delegation of locals on Sunday met the chief district officer of Jajarkot and urged him to arrange adequate supply of petroleum products in the district. Some Jajarkot locals gathered at the district administration office and demanded that the office ensure sufficient supply of fuel, which has been in short supply since India imposed an economic blockade about a month ago.

A delegation of people from all walks of life met CDO Janardan Gautam to discuss the fuel and LPG crisis.


As per the delegation, they visited the DAO to put pressure on the government to resume fuel supply to the district. As per the agreement between the DAO and local delegation, 500 liters of diesel, 1,000 liters of petrol and 200 LPG cylinders would be immediately supplied to the district.
