Khanal refutes allegation by lawmaker Golchha

KATHMANDU, Oct 27: CPN (UML) senior leader Jhalanath Khanal on Tuesday refuted allegations made by lawmaker Rajya Laxmi Golchha, who claimed to have provided economic incentives and donations to the leader.

In a statement, Khanal claimed he had not made contact and nor held interaction with Golchha. The news of his purported receipt of money from the lawmaker did not bore any truth, added Khanal.Leader Khanal stressed for implementing the decision taken by UML Standing Committee to initiate action against Golchha for her failure to show-up at the parliamentary meeting during the voting that elected UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli as the Prime Minister.
