Sweat or perspiration is a salty liquid which oozes out of the pores of the skin.[break]
But it can be tackled with simple precautions, the first being keeping yourself clean.
It’s important to shower everyday if you suffer from body odor, especially during summer. Avoid eating large amounts of onion and garlic, as they make the sweat smell.
Another home remedy to fight the problem is to use honey. Add a tablespoon of honey to tepid water and rinse your underarms to keep the smell away.
Deodorants are another easy way to keep control on body odor. Deodorants come in all kind of fragrances from old time favorites like rose and sandalwood to fruits and herbs.
For summer, however, try and use those that are based on cucumber and mint, and choose the ones that have moisturizers in them.
These will keep you fresh and are not very expensive, either.
