The Association fixed Rs. 1,600 for Jumla – Nepalgunj and Rs. 1,470 for Jumla- Surkhet and Rs 800 for Jumla- Kalikot.[break]
The Association said it raised the fare after many transport operators including mid-western transport entrepreneurs, Bageswori and others requested for the same.
Earlier, the fare was Rs. 1100, Rs. 800 and Rs. 500 in the routes respectively. The general public is hit hard with the raise, but the stakeholders have remained a silent spectator.
