Bahadur Sah, 35, of Bharatpur-3, Mahottari, was shot in his chest and arm. Police recovered some documents of JTMM from his body. Amitabh Bidrohi, Mahottari in-charge of JTMM, confirmed that the deceased was a JTMM cadre.
The reason behind the murder remains a mystery.
