According to DSP Govinda Ram Pariyar, police arrested Bijaya Bikram Shah, who was found hiding in a house at Lekhgaun-1 of Surkhet Friday evening.
Shah, along with Punna Bahadur Shahi, convicted of rape, had escaped from Surkhet jail Tuesday by making a hole in the compound wall. DSP Pariyar said police will slap another charge of jail-break on Shah.
