During the meeting, the two countries will hold talks regarding the issues of controlling cross-border criminal activities, maintenance of peace and security, and exchange of information on monitoring the activities of various criminal groups, among others, Home Secretary Navin Kumar Ghimire said talking to the Rastriya Samachar Samiti (RSS).
The meeting would also review the past agreements, construction of the National Police Academy, capacity building of the officials under the Ministry of Home Affairs, including the Nepal Police, Armed Police Force and the National Investigation Department, and also discuss issues of mutual interests, said Home Secretary Ghimire.
RK Singh, Central Home Secretary, India, would arrive Kathmandu leading a 17-member delegation to the meeting on March 13.
Senior officers of the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, Inspector Generals of Police will also participate in the meeting, Ghimire further said.
