KATHMANDU, April 3: The Gatisheel Loktantrik Party has asked the government to bring about reforms in public transportation.
In a press statement on Thursday, party chairman Dinesh Prasain said the government should prioritize road safety and road quality amid rising road accidents.

In its comment on the government's 100-point priorities, the Gatisheel Loktantrik Party has suggested that the government introduce a bill on the Province Government Operation Act to ensure prompt and effective delivery of provincial government services.
The party has taken exception to the absence of the terminology 'federalism' in the 100-point document of the Rastriya Swatantra Party-led government.
