Ilam is facing a complete blackout from the past eight days. Around 21 VDCs and the district headquarters have been facing the power-cut after a transformer exploded here.
The locals have accused the NEA officials of not doing enough to resolve the power crisis and also warned of stiff protest if electricity is not restored immediately.
