I will not resign: Finance Minister

KATHMANDU, April 3: Finance Minister Bharat Mohan Adhikari in an interview to Himalayan Television said that he will not resign over the controversies surrounding the resignation of the Finance Secretary Rameshowr Khanal.[break]



He said that he will rather stay input and fight than resign. He further said that he is not greedy of power and money and that he is a dedicated person who is being harassed by the media.



He argued that the Finance Secretary himself has said that he respects him, instead of showing and writing that particular fact the Nepalese media is portraying him in the negative light.



Peace and constitution drafting process deserves the utmost importance, he added.
