HLPM meet put off yet again

KATHMANDU, Feb 11: The meeting of High Level Political Mechanism (HLPM) was postponed on Thursday for the second time owing to health woes of Nepali Congress president and chairman of the mechanism Girija Prasad Koirala.



The meeting was also postponed on February 6 citing the same reason.
