He said, "Time has come to be aware of the political parties that hesitate to deliver power to the people."

Making it clear that the fresh date for Constituent Assembly (CA) was slated by respecting the order of the Supreme Court, Minister Yadav said that the government was effortful to make favorable environment for free and fair elections.

He was of the view that the CA failed to draft the constitution due to the stance of the status-quoist parties.

Asked a question about budget for the new fiscal year, Yadav said attempts are made for the full-fledged budget but it will be brought even through ordinance if consensus was not forged.
