Gachchhadar to register party on Wednesday

KATHMANDU, July 28: Deputy Prime Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachchhadar is registering a new party at the Election Commission on Wednesday, according to Ram Janam Chaudhari, a senior leader close to Gachchhadar.



The new party will be named Madhesi People´s Rights Forum, Nepal (Loktantrik) with Gachchhadar as chairman. Initially, the party will have 19 central committee members. However, the party is yet to decide on the name of leaders to assume the key post of vice president and general secretary.



Chaudhari said a meeting on Wednesday morning will decide the matter.
