Four killed in road accidents

KATHMANDU, July 27: Four people were killed in different incidents of road accidents in Banke, Nawalparasi and Jhapa.

According to police, Lok Bahadur Pun, 32, and Mohan Rawat, 22, of Basgadhi - died when the motorcycle they were riding, Bhe 3 Pa 4205, turned turtle at Surkhet-Kohalpur road section in Bardiya district on Monday morning.


Both died while undergoing treatment at Kohalpur Medical College.

Likewise, a pedestrian died after being hit by a motorcycle, Lu 12 Pa 3477, in Bardhaghat-2 of Nawalparasi on Sunday night. Severely injured Bikram Pangeni, 21, breathed his last while receiving treatment at the District Hospital.    


Similarly, 35-year-old Aalam Seikh died when a tractor, Me 1 Ta 2629, overturned at Rajgadh-3 of Jhapa district.
