KATHMANDU, June 14: Former King Gyanendra Shah on Sunday stressed on formulating a plan of action for reconstruction and resettlement in earthquake-hit areas.

During his visit to Pashupatinath Temple with wife Komal, Gyanendra said that all should assist in a unified manner as the country is going through troubles.

“Currently, the country is in difficult time, one should help the victims rising over personal benefits,” he said while talking to journalists, “Foreign countries have extended support. The government should chalk out effective plans.”

On the occasion, he extended condolences to all those killed in the earthquake.

The couple reached the temple at around 11 pm and worshipped for half an hour.
