The Image Park, a Nepal-based photography-promoting platform – which conducts various workshops, seminars, exhibitions, discussions, photo walks and international photos, undertakes to groom and showcase raw talents and share the experiences of both amateur and professional photographers - has organized this event for the second time.

“This is a great platform for the youngsters to show off their talents. We plan to organize at least three exhibitions within this year. This being the second one, the third one will be organized sometime after two months,” said Sumit Shakya of The Image Park. He also added that a photo book at the end of the year is also scheduled.
The exhibition showcases the premium works of Abhishek Shah, Anil Parajuli, Bipa Tuladhar, Mohammad Chunnu, Durgesh Maharjan, Hikmat Basnet, Nimitta Shakya, Nischal Khakurel, Nisha Shakya, Niva Shakya, Resham Kumar Bishwokarma, Sandeep Prajapati, Santosh Shakya, Sujit Timila, Sumona Balla, Sunil Maharjan, Tashi Tewa Dolpo, and Ujjwal Gurung.
“The exhibition shows many unique and rarely seen photographs through the eyes of amateur photographers,” informed Shakya.
The exhibition is scheduled to end on August 24, 2012.
