KATHMANDU, May 29: President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav, on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, has waived rest of the jail term to 332 inmates, who passed through fifty per cent of the stipulated imprisonment period, in different prisons of the country on the occasion of the Republic Day.

It is stated in a press release issued on Sunday by the Home Ministry.
