Prabhakar Bairgond, an Indian national, who received High Performance Coach recognition from Australia, will provide coaching to young cricketers, as per the press release.The first phase of the training will start in Jhapa on April 26. The camp will be organized in Biratnagar, Birgunj, Kathmandu, Dhangadhi and Mahendranagar in different five phases.
The foundation has expected that 900 to 1,200 young cricketers will take part in the camp. According to the organizer, the camp will provide all the fundamental skills and structured training.
"Emerging players will be provided training in Kathmandu by Great Himalayan Cricket Academy," the press release states.
Meanwhile, Bairgond, who has been the director of training at Goa State Cricket Association and helped Sharad Veshawkar to play Goa Premier League, said that he will take initiatives for Indian support to the development of Nepali cricket.
