Cambridge awards Nepali students

KATHMANDU, March 31: Over 50 AS and A level students of various Nepali colleges, who scored highest marks within or outside of Nepal in different subjects, were awarded with Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards on Thursday amidst a function organized in Kathmandu.



Vice President Paramanda Jha, Andrew Sortwell, Regional Manager of University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE), and Robert Monro, Country Director of British Council gave away awards to outstanding performers -- including Byanjana Thapa and Shitoshna Nepal from Rato Bangla School and Ingroj Shrestha from Kathmandu Academy who scored highest marks in the world in different subjects.
