The explosive device (pressure cooker bomb) was discovered on the veranda of the house of Bara district secretary of the Nepali Congress, Ram Prasad Chaudhary, this morning, police said. [break]
The group also left a leaflet in the name of Samyukta Jatiya Mukti Morcha. A bomb disposal team of the Nepal Army was sent to defuse the device.
