6 armed group workers held

BUTWAL, Sept 15: Police have arrested six workers of an underground group called Nepal People´s Army from Nawalparasi.



They were arrested from Dumkibas in the district, District Police Office Nawalparasi said at a press conference on Monday.



Those arrested are Ghanashyam Khamcha, Purna Bahadur Nepali, Santa Bahadur Acharya, Parvati Nepali, Rajesh Nigam and Kisan Gurung of Dumkibas VDC-6.



Police have also recovered the party´s letter head, some mobile phone sets, "donation receipts" and letters demanding donations among other things.
